Wacky Wednesday... Happy Birthday Dr. Seuss! :)

Hi All,

Today was a great day!!! And happy birthday to Dr. Seuss!

We rotated stations and students got to do different subjects in each classroom... In my class, I read Green Eggs and Ham... and we graphed our favorite type of eggs!! Our class likes scrambled eggs the best!!!!

And... here is a picture of wacky hair day and pajama day!!

What a great day!!!

A reminder... our unit 6 math test is tomorrow!

And, tomorrow is "wear something that represents your country"

Tonight, I have assigned one page of reading homework!!

Terrific Tuesday! Crenshaw... and more!

Hi All,

Just a quick note... We have been reading a story called Crenshaw.

In her first novel since winning the Newbery Medal, Katherine Applegate delivers an unforgettable and magical story about family, friendship, and resilience.

Marvelous Monday... Happy Leap year! Conference Reminders....

Hi All,

Happy Monday!!! I have sent home March conference times and reminders for our March conferences!! Please send them back as soon as possible!

Today we did a lesson about the leap year!!

Students filled out information about themselves and sealed it in an envelope and they can not OPEN it until 2/29/20!!!! How fun right???

Dr Seuss Week Feb 29, 2016- March 4

Hi All,

Please note that next week is Dr Seuss week....

On Monday, Feb 29, Students can wear something to present a place they would like to visit...
On Tuesday, March 1, Students can wear something orange and blue...
On Wednesday, March 2, Students can wear their pajamas and wacky hair day...
On Thursday, March 3, Students can wear something that represents their country
On Friday, March 4, Students can dress up as their famous Dr Seuss....
