In Math today, our objective was reviewing measures with inches, feet, centimeters, and decimeters; and to guide children as they begin a table of equivalent linear measures.
In reading today, we talked about the lesson in the story... I read the story My Many Colored Days By Dr Seuss. We talked about how it is okay to feel many things and feel different colors... And the lesson is "it is okay to feel different everyday"
In writing, we are continuing our publishing process.... (5 senses book)...
Today, I have assigned one page of math homework....
I have also sent home a special assignment for students to pick 3 famous leaders....
We have been discussing famous leaders for our next biography unit.... "Leading the Way"...
