Just a quick note, today in reading... we talked about the authors message.... In the book TOO MANY TAMALES, the students said the authors message was to make sure you always tell the truth.... Take a look at a students response to his book...
Also, Emma's mom brought our class 6 new ottomans!!! I am so happy!! These ottomans will be used for storing guided reading leveled books... and for special seats during independent reading!!! Thank you soooo much!!!
P.S... THE SPRINT IS TOMORROW!!! Please have your child wear sneakers and Springdale shirts (if they have them)... :)
I have assigned one page of math and one page of reading homework :)
Please make sure your child is reading on RAZ KIDS... and also doing lessons on DreamBox :)
