In Math today, we discussed the +9 shortcut and turn around facts. Turn around facts are 2+5=7 and 5+2=7.... You simply turn it around! You can do it to any addition fact!
In reading, our objective was to recognize the most important part of the story. (and support it with evidence). Take a look at these reader's responses!
What a day!!! I can't wait to see you all tonight at Open House! :-) Open house starts at 7pm in the auditorium.... 7:30 is the first presentation... and 8pm is the second presentation.... I hope to see you all there!!!
